Q: Are your saddles really made in the USA?
A: You bet. Every Genuine Billy Cook saddle is handcrafted in Sulphur, Oklahoma using traditional methods and top-quality materials.

Q: How long does it take to get my saddle after I order?
A: All of our saddles are built to order. Current lead time is 6–10 weeks, depending on the model and custom options.

Q: Can I customize my saddle?
A: Absolutely. We offer custom options for seat size, tooling, leather color, rigging type, and more. Reach out to our team and we’ll help design a saddle that fits your needs.

Q: What’s the difference between Billy Cook and other brands?
A: A Genuine Billy Cook is built start-to-finish in one shop — from the tree to the tooling. If it doesn’t say Sulphur, OK, it’s not the real deal.

Q: Do you accept trade-ins?
A: We do! Fill out our Trade-Your-Saddle Form and we’ll evaluate your saddle and offer credit toward a new Billy Cook.

Q: Do your saddles fit wide horses?
A: Most of our saddles come with Full Quarter Horse bars and a 7" gullet, which fits many Western horses. If you need something wider or custom-fitted, just let us know.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes ma’am (or sir), we ship worldwide. Contact us for shipping quotes outside the U.S.

Q: How do I know if my Billy Cook saddle is authentic?
A: Look for the maker's stamp that says Genuine Billy Cook – Sulphur, OK. That’s your seal of authenticity.

Q: How should I care for my saddle?
A: Regular cleaning with saddle soap and conditioning will keep your leather in top shape. Store it in a dry, shaded place and it’ll last for years to come.
