How It Works:
-Submit Your Saddle
Upload photos and a short description.
-Get a Quick Estimate
We will email you within 5 business days with an estimated trade in value based on your submission.
-Ship It to Us
If you are comfortable with the estimate, send it in. We will inspect it in person and confirm the trade in value.
-Apply Your Credit
Once finalized, your trade in value is applied toward a brand new Genuine Billy Cook saddle.

Guaranteed $500 Minimum
If your saddle is still usable, you get at least $500 in credit. That means:
  • No broken trees
  • No structural issues
  • No major repairs or component replacement required
  • If it can be safely ridden, it qualifies.

What It’s Worth
Trade ins will fall into one of these ranges:
  • $500 to $750
Heavily used, stained, or off brand and foreign manufactured saddles
  • $750 to $1,500
Broken in, good condition, recognized brands
  • $1,500+
Top value for like new or lightly used Genuine Billy Cook saddles and name brand saddles with standard, high-demand configurations

Terms and Conditions
By submitting a trade in request you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the following terms:
The initial quote is an estimate based on your submission. Final trade in value is confirmed once the saddle is received and inspected.
If you decide not to move forward after getting the final trade in value, we will ship it back at your cost. If you do not confirm your intent to move forward or pay for return shipping within 30 days after the final value has been determined and communicated to you by email, your trade may be deemed abandoned and discarded. There is no limit on the number of saddles you may trade in, but only one trade-in credit may be applied toward each new saddle purchase. Trade in credits must be redeemed within 180 days of final value being determined. Trade-in credits are only applicable to new saddles and may not be redeemed for other merchandise.
