Production & Processing Times

Saddles
All Genuine Billy Cook saddles are handmade to order in Sulphur, Oklahoma.
Please allow 6–10 weeks for production before your saddle ships.
Each saddle is individually built by our craftsmen to ensure unmatched quality, fit, and performance.

Leather Goods & Tack
Items such as belts, wallets, handbags, tack, and other accessories are also made to order.
These typically ship within 2–4 weeks from the date of purchase.

Shipping Policy

We proudly ship within the United States only.
Orders are shipped securely through UPS or FedEx from our workshop in Oklahoma.
You’ll receive an email confirmation and tracking number once your order leaves our facility.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size and weight of your order.
Larger items such as saddles may include additional freight or packaging fees to ensure safe delivery.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
You can also log into your customer account at any time to check your shipment’s latest status.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue quickly and ensure a replacement or repair.
