Trade in Your Saddle

TRADE IN YOUR USED SADDLE FOR A CREDIT TOWARDS A BRAND NEW GENUINE BILLY COOK SADDLE

TERMS

  1. Submit photo and fill out the required information about your saddle.
  2. Within 3 business days our team will review your submission internally and if approved we will send a shipping label to you via email.
  3. Ship your saddle to us for an evaluation and appraisal.
  4. Within 3 business days of receipt, we will provide a valuation of your saddle and a one-time redemption code for a credit equal to the saddle’s value that may be used to towards purchasing a brand new Genuine Billy Cook saddle.
  5. You may redeem the offered value towards a new saddle or you may request your saddle be returned to you after paying for all associated shipping costs (both ways).
  6. After 30 days, if your trade-in is not redeemed or returned it is forfeited.

All saddles which are initially approved for trade in may be redeemed for a minimum of $250.00 towards a new Genuine Billy Cook Saddle.

All saddles deemed in our sole discretion to (i) be in good usable condition, (ii) built in the USA by a saddle maker other than Genuine Billy Cook, and (iii) are made of genuine leather,  which are received after your utilizing the shipping label provided may be redeemed for a minimum of $500.00.

Good usable condition means not in need of any maintenance or repairs.

Saddles in excellent condition may be valued higher.  We do not guarantee the value of your saddle.

Terms & Conditions

Genuine Billy Cook will accept saddles on trade subject to the following terms and conditions:

You, the customer trading in the saddle, agree upon shipping the trade in saddle to our shop that Genuine Billy Cook in its sole discretion shall assess and value the trade. The trade value may only be credited towards the full retail price of a new Genuine Billy Cook Saddle of your choice and must be redeemed within thirty (30) days. If you do not accept the trade in value and apply it to a new saddle within thirty (30) days, you, the customer, are responsible for paying all shipping costs. Trade ins that are not redeemed towards a new purchase will not be returned and will be disposed of after thirty (30) days if you, the customer, have not paid for the costs of shipping and had it returned to you.

Trade in saddles with broken trees, made of synthetic leather, or manufactured outside the United States will be given ZERO trade in value.

UPDATE: We've opened a temporary location as we rebuild our factory, warehouse and shop after the tornado.
